Financial Planning

In today’s world, it is easy to have a complex financial life, whether you have a lot of money or not. Developing a comprehensive financial plan can help you organize and control the varied aspects of your finances. A financial plan will cover areas such as budgeting, savings, insurance, retirement planning, education funding and estate planning. Financial planning can be crucial in determining the appropriate investment decisions.

After meeting with you, we will prepare and present our observations and recommendations based on our careful evaluation of your specific circumstances.  As a fee-only advisor, we do not sell any financial products.

• Cash flow analysis and management
• Objective insurance review
• Estate planning and wealth transfer
• Risk management
• Education funding strategies
• Tax planning
• Asset allocation
• Investment design and selection
• Planning for special needs children

• Other areas of interest and importance to you

Financial Planning Process
To get started, here’s what you need to do:

1. Schedule a complimentary meeting or phone discussion.
2. Provide us with a completed questionnaire prior to the scheduled meeting.
3. Meet for 30 – 45 minutes to discuss questions, additional data needs and fees.
4. Discuss your custom financial plan in a 2 hour meeting approximately three weeks later.
5. Implement your plan. We will be available to assist you for 60 days after the meeting for no additional charge.

The cost will be quoted during our initial meeting (step three, above) and will depend on the complexity of your situation. One half of the fee is due when the client service agreement is signed. The balance of the fee is due at the completion of step four, the plan review meeting.

We do not sell products but will recommend specific solutions and resources and help you to put them into action. These recommendations may include, but are not limited to, investments, types of insurance policies, and referrals to specific estate and tax professionals.
